📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs and align programs with business goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance employee performance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of company-wide learning initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training and development activities.
