📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory control and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and develop sales staff to enhance customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to drive sales.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
