📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of training programs.,Support the Training Officer in the development and delivery of training materials.,Conduct training needs assessments and develop training plans.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.,Assist in the coordination of training resources and logistics.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
