📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions to address them.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.,Provide guidance and support to the Learning and Development team.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
