📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and benefits information.,Administer and enforce company policies and procedures related to attendance, leave, and discipline.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle HR-related administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
