Identify and pursue sales opportunities through research, analysis, and relationship building with potential clients.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management and stakeholders.,Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Built Environment and Construction Solutions industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of the Built Environment and Construction Solutions market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively.
