Tanggung Jawab:

• Analyze and document current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with business goals.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented processes to ensure they meet business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate process risks to ensure business continuity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business process management.
• Lead and mentor junior business analysts to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis and improvement.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling tools such as BPMN, UML, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Certification in business process management (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
