📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
