📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing brand promotion strategies.,Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.,Organize and participate in brand events, trade shows, and promotions.,Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.,Create and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and social media content.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and partners.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for sales teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or brand promotion.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.,Familiarity with the palm oil industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented.
