ZENIX Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations of the outlet including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure proper stock rotation to maintain optimal inventory levels.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Outlet Manager and higher management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales campaigns to boost revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.,Proven track record in sales and customer service.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, and English proficiency is a plus.
