📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and lead a team of sales associates, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and reporting.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
• Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service and sales.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Participate in store events and promotions to boost sales and customer loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods or fashion.
• Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Excellent knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, POS systems, and sales techniques.
• Familiarity with luxury brand retail practices and trends.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
