Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.,Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.,Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with business objectives and support overall company growth.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.,Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.,Measure and analyze marketing performance using key metrics and tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,10+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of marketing professionals.,Proven experience in digital marketing, including content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis, and measure and analyze marketing performance.,Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment, with a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence.,Familiarity with marketing technologies and tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media platforms.
