📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and maintain the fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.
• Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are trained and equipped to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
• Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Plan and organize vehicle routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Handle vehicle bookings and reservations, and ensure all bookings are confirmed and executed smoothly.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any issues to the appropriate department.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly documented and all necessary paperwork is up-to-date.
• Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
• Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
