Indonesia Digital is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our retail operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited experience in retail management to develop their skills and grow within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, stock control, and sales reporting.,Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers, addressing their queries and concerns.,Support the Store Manager in implementing and monitoring sales strategies and promotions.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in the preparation of end-of-day and end-of-week reports, providing insights into sales performance and customer behavior.,Support the Store Manager in managing vendor relationships and negotiating terms and conditions.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes to maintain high standards of store presentation and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail operations is a plus.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
