📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular feedback to the management team.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support of sales goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
