Cloud Sky Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting processes, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and processes.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial objectives are met.,Monitor and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
