📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the minimarket, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Lead and mentor a team of store managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
