📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to sales team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.,Participate in sales meetings and presentations to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales supervision or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
