In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, and ensuring that our sales goals are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the performance of the sales team, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.,Set and track sales targets, ensuring that they are met or exceeded.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Monitor market trends and competition, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.,Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to the sales team.,Ensure that all sales processes and procedures are followed and that the sales team is properly trained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or sales management role.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
