📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial health.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Stay updated on financial trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
