The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. This is a remote position based in Bali, Indonesia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing legal advice and support to MAS's various departments and initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and guidance to MAS's departments and initiatives.,Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.,Conduct legal research and analysis on complex financial and regulatory issues.,Advise on and assist in the implementation of MAS's policies and regulations.,Represent MAS in legal proceedings and negotiations.,Stay updated with the latest developments in financial law and regulations.,Mentor and guide junior legal staff.,Collaborate with international legal teams and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in financial law or regulatory affairs.,Strong knowledge of Singaporean financial regulations and laws.,Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.,Proven experience in providing legal advice and guidance to senior management.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
