📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of workers, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor site safety and compliance with all regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate records of site activities and expenses.,Develop and implement strategies to improve site performance and profitability.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.,Ensure the site is well-maintained and meets all quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools for project management and record-keeping.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
