📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and deliver specialized instruction and interventions for students with diverse learning needs.,Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).,Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide special education programs and policies.,Monitor student progress and provide regular updates to parents and the school administration.,Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in special education.,Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that celebrates diversity and individuality.,Work closely with general education teachers to ensure seamless integration of special education students into the classroom.,Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field.,Valid teaching certification or license in Special Education.,Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.,Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.,Commitment to the Christian values and mission of Mawar Sharon Christian School.,Willingness to undergo a background check.
