📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs, including academic, social, and emotional support.
  • Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and therapists.
  • Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with parents and caregivers.
  • Organise and facilitate group activities and outings to promote social skills and independence.
  • Work closely with the teaching staff to ensure a seamless integration of special needs students into the mainstream curriculum.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the special needs programme.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your care.
  • Stay updated with the latest best practices and trends in special education.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special needs.
  • Certification in special education or related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient attitude towards children with special needs.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
