📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash and non-cash payments using POS systems like Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Point of Sale (POS).
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an F&B Cashier or similar role.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Point of Sale (POS).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
