📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and enhance security operations across key locations in Canggu, Ubud, and Seminyak.
• Implement and maintain robust security protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Manage and train security personnel to ensure they meet high standards of performance.
• Collaborate with management and clients to ensure the safety and security of our premises.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and trends.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy for Servanda.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management, preferably in a high-profile or corporate environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing security operations and personnel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Certifications in security management, such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of security software and systems, such as Access Control Systems (ACS), Video Management Systems (VMS), and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS).
• Understanding of local security regulations and laws in Bali.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to drive security initiatives and improve security outcomes.
