As an HVAC & Kitchen Engineering Specialist, you’ll be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining state-of-the-art HVAC systems and commercial kitchen equipment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and install HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, and chillers, in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Specify and install commercial kitchen equipment, such as refrigeration units, ovens, and ventilation systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC and kitchen systems to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate HVAC and kitchen systems into building projects.
• Provide technical support and advice to clients and project teams on HVAC and kitchen system design and installation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in HVAC and kitchen engineering.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications for HVAC and kitchen systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for HVAC and kitchen installations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC and kitchen engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and specialized HVAC software such as HVACSIM, AutoPIPE, or similar.
• Certifications in HVAC design, installation, and maintenance, such as NCARB, LEED AP, or equivalent.
• Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards relevant to HVAC and kitchen systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and systems, including refrigeration, ovens, and ventilation.
