📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and electrical controls.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system failures to ensure minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing to maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement system improvements and upgrades.
• Document all maintenance activities and system performance for future reference.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new systems as required.
• Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure high standards of work are maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Proven track record in maintaining HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and electrical systems.
• Certifications in relevant fields such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are a plus.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems (EMS).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel to various project sites as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
