You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and promoting a culture of safety and well-being among our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the facility.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement HSE programs and policies to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.
• Maintain and update HSE documentation, including incident reports, safety data sheets, and emergency response plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of HSE initiatives.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in General Affairs, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in General Affairs or HSE roles in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certification in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages.
