📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize mine plans using industry-standard software such as Datamine, MineSight, or Vulcan.
• Conduct feasibility studies and resource assessments for mining projects.
• Analyze geological and geotechnical data to support mine design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including geologists, surveyors, and environmental specialists.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate mine planning findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in mine planning and optimization.
• Assist in the development of sustainable mining practices and environmental compliance strategies.
• Participate in on-site visits and data collection activities as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in mine planning or a similar role, preferably in the mining industry.
• Proficiency in mine planning software such as Datamine, MineSight, or Vulcan.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
